WOMI WORK and ORGANIZATIONAL MOTIVATION INVENTORY

Developed for the global group GiuntiOS by organizational psychologists Giorgi & Majer, WOMI accurately evaluates what motivates people and how much those motivaters inspire individuals and organizations to improve performance. The WOMI questionnaire features 110 items defining 4 macro-factors, each associated to corresponding factors:

Reward
The desire to be compensated is an important impulse to reach the highest managerial levels. People oriented to remuneration feel strongly motivated by retribution and incentives. Factors: Career, Status, Remuneration and Feedback.

Competence
Indicates the drive to attain positions of power and organizational leadership. Those who strive for success appreciate professional contexts requiring commitment and focus to accomplish demanding tasks. Factors: Psychological ambience, Ethics, Freedom, Self-Accomplishment, Growth, Customer, Acquisisiton and Loyalty (internal and external).

Success
Represents the disposition to pursue constant self-improvement to increase personal competence and reach full control over personal activities. Factors: Management, Activity, Achievement, and Dominance.

Stability
Defines the need to ensure physical comfort, as well as a stable and secure social dimension. Factors: Interest, Safety, Comfort, Ambience, Work/Home Balance.

Compilation
After providing a score for each factor and macro-factor, WOMI calculates both the Intrinsic Motivation Index and Extrinsic Motivation Index, enabling the tester to immediately create a personal, group or organizational profile.
